Do I need any technical experience?
None at all. We handle everything technical — shop setup, platform integrations, automation, and POD configuration. You just need a product idea and designs.
How long until my shop is live?
Typically 5–7 business days from when we receive your brief and designs. Larger shops with 50+ listings may take up to 2 weeks.
Do you work with designers outside Canada?
Absolutely. We serve clients worldwide. All communication is via email, WhatsApp, or video call, and payment is accepted in CAD, USD, or other major currencies.
What if I already have an Etsy shop?
We can audit your existing shop, rewrite your listings with AI-powered SEO, set up automation, and take over ongoing management — no need to start from scratch.
How does print-on-demand work?
When a customer places an order in your Etsy or Shopify shop, a POD provider (like Printify or Printful) automatically prints your design on the product and ships it directly to the buyer. You never handle inventory.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes, with 30 days written notice. There are no long-term contracts on Starter or Growth plans. Enterprise plans have a minimum 3-month commitment.
